Build strength and flexability while getting in shape and learning self defense. Adults are often defining themselves by what they can’t do but in our program we teach adult to push past what they thought was their limit and open up new opportunities in their life.

For those looking for a more hands on martial arts program our Muay Thai Kickboxing program is a program exclusively for our teens and adults. Combining fast hand & elbow strikes with strong kicks & knees along with strength and conditioning gives our members strong self defense training while toning their body.

How big are classes?
Class sizes vary between 10 to 20 people per class. Don’t worry, we have additional staff for larger classes to ensure that every student receives the necessary attention.
Will I be locked into a contract?
No. We have various membership options available to cater to the needs of all our students. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.
How many times a week can we come?
Our regular program is normally two classes per week. Champions has expanded programs that allow for more classes each week. Ask your Instructor if you are interested in taking class more often.
What if we miss class what happens?
ou can make up missed classes. Just speak to your instructor to let them know.
